Beemac Logistics · Hybrid Financial Reporting Integration

Connect or reconnect QuickBooks Online

The Hybrid Financial Reporting Integration is an internal Beemac Logistics application. QuickBooks Online connections are established only by an authorized company administrator.

Do not enter a QuickBooks password, Client Secret, OAuth token, or other secret on this website. Authorization occurs on Intuit's official sign-in and consent pages.

Administrator authorization helper

This helper starts the application's own OAuth authorization flow. Enter the Intuit Client ID for the intended Sandbox or Production app. A Client ID identifies an application and is not a secret. Client Secrets and tokens are never requested by this website.

A cryptographically random OAuth state value is generated in this browser and validated after Intuit redirects back. The state value is stored only in this browser session.

Connection process

  1. Confirm you are authorized to administer the intended QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Start authorization above and sign in only on Intuit's website.
  3. Review the company and accounting permission shown by Intuit.
  4. After approval, this site validates the OAuth state and shows the one-time authorization result to the administrator.
  5. The administrator completes the server-side token exchange using the protected reporting-server tool.

Permissions

The integration is designed for read-oriented accounting and financial-reporting workflows. It is not intended to create, edit, or delete QuickBooks Online accounting transactions.

Need to reconnect?

If authorization expires, is revoked, or returns an invalid-grant condition, repeat this approved authorization process. The reporting worker fails closed rather than repeatedly retrying unusable credentials.
