End-User Terms
These terms govern use of the Hybrid Financial Reporting Integration operated by Beemac Logistics.
1. Authorized internal use
The integration is an internal Beemac Logistics business application. It may be used only by personnel or administrators who are authorized by Beemac Logistics and, where applicable, authorized to approve or access the connected QuickBooks Online company.
2. Purpose
The integration is provided solely to support legitimate internal accounting, reconciliation, audit, financial-statement, and consolidated financial-reporting activities. It is not a public consumer product or a general-purpose accounting service.
3. QuickBooks Online authorization
QuickBooks Online access must be granted through Intuit's authorization process by an authorized administrator. Users must not attempt to bypass access controls, obtain access to a company they are not authorized to access, or share authorization credentials with unauthorized persons.
4. Acceptable use
Users must use the integration in accordance with Beemac Logistics policies, applicable law, and the permissions granted to them. Users may not:
- use the integration for unauthorized personal or third-party purposes;
- attempt to alter, circumvent, or disable security controls;
- introduce malicious code or intentionally interfere with the integration;
- export or disclose financial information except as authorized for business purposes; or
- misrepresent the integration as an Intuit product or service.
5. Data and confidentiality
Information accessed through the integration may contain confidential business and financial information. Users must handle that information in accordance with Beemac Logistics confidentiality, security, records-management, and accounting requirements.
6. Availability and changes
Beemac Logistics may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the integration or any connection to QuickBooks Online as business, security, technical, or compliance needs require.
7. Third-party services
The integration depends on services provided by Intuit QuickBooks Online. Intuit's services are governed by Intuit's own terms, availability, and policies. Beemac Logistics does not control Intuit's service availability or changes.
8. No public warranty
The integration is provided for authorized internal business use. To the extent permitted by applicable law and company policy, it is provided without any warranty to external parties and is not offered for reliance by the general public.
9. Termination and disconnection
Access may be terminated when authorization is revoked, employment or role requirements change, or the integration is no longer required. Authorized administrators may revoke the QuickBooks Online connection as described on the Disconnect page.
10. Privacy
Information handling for the integration is described in the Privacy Policy.
