Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Beemac Logistics handles information accessed through the Hybrid Financial Reporting Integration, an internal business application that connects to authorized QuickBooks Online company data.
1. Scope
This policy applies to information processed by the Hybrid Financial Reporting Integration. The application is intended for authorized internal business use and is not offered as a public consumer service.
2. Information the integration accesses
When an authorized QuickBooks Online administrator approves the connection, the integration may access accounting and related business information necessary for internal financial reporting, including:
- company and account identifiers;
- chart-of-accounts information;
- General Ledger activity and transaction detail;
- financial reports, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet data;
- names, descriptions, document numbers, account references, dates, and amounts contained in authorized accounting records; and
- technical authorization information required to maintain the approved QuickBooks Online connection.
3. How information is used
Information obtained through the integration is used only for legitimate Beemac Logistics business purposes associated with financial reporting and administration, including:
- internal consolidated financial reporting;
- accounting reconciliation and validation;
- financial statement preparation and review;
- authorized audit and drill-through support; and
- operation, troubleshooting, security, and maintenance of the integration.
4. Sharing and sale of information
Beemac Logistics does not sell QuickBooks Online information obtained through this integration. Information is limited to authorized personnel and service providers or systems that support the approved internal financial-reporting workflow, subject to applicable access controls and business requirements.
5. Security
Beemac Logistics uses administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect the integration and the information it processes. Access credentials and authorization material are restricted to authorized systems and personnel and are protected using access-control and encryption mechanisms appropriate to the hosting environment. The public compliance website does not store QuickBooks Online financial data or OAuth credentials.
6. Retention
Financial and technical records may be retained for periods reasonably necessary to support accounting, reconciliation, audit, security, legal, and operational requirements. Retention practices may differ by record type and applicable business policy.
7. Connection and revocation
An authorized QuickBooks Online administrator may revoke the application's access through QuickBooks Online. See the Disconnect page for instructions. Revocation prevents the integration from obtaining new authorized QuickBooks Online access using the revoked connection.
8. Third-party services
The integration uses Intuit QuickBooks Online and Intuit's OAuth authorization services. Intuit's own terms and privacy practices apply to its services independently of this policy.
9. Changes to this policy
Beemac Logistics may update this policy when the integration, legal requirements, or internal practices change. The revision date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
10. Contact
Questions regarding this integration or this policy should be directed to the appropriate Beemac Logistics IT, Finance, or application administrator. Written correspondence may be sent to Beemac Logistics, 999 3rd St, Ste 100, Beaver, PA 15009, United States.
