Disconnect QuickBooks Online
An authorized administrator can revoke the Hybrid Financial Reporting Integration's access to a connected QuickBooks Online company.
Preferred internal revocation
Contact the authorized Beemac Logistics application administrator. The protected reporting-server administration tool can submit the current authorization to Intuit's official revocation endpoint and, after successful revocation, remove the local encrypted Refresh Token and Realm ID.
Never send a Client Secret, Refresh Token, access token, authorization code, or Realm ID by email, chat, or support ticket.
Revoke directly in QuickBooks Online
- Sign in to the applicable QuickBooks Online company using an administrator account.
- Open the area used to manage connected apps.
- Locate the Hybrid Financial Reporting Integration.
- Choose the available option to disconnect or revoke access.
- Confirm the revocation if prompted by Intuit, then notify the internal application administrator so local encrypted connection material can be removed.
Reconnect later
If the company later approves a new connection, an authorized administrator can use the application's Connect or reconnect flow.
